Ambassador Ms. Sian MacLeod visited the Military Healthcare Department

On the occasion of the War Surgery and Toxicology Seminar for members of the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, United Kingdom Ambassador to Serbia Ms. Sian MacLeod visited the Military Healthcare Department and the Military Medical Academy.
Head of Military Healthcare Department Brigadier General Dr. Ugljesa Jovicic PhD and MMA Head Colonel Prof. Dr. Miroslav Vukosavljevic presented Ambassador McLeod capabilities and organization of the military medical service and emphasized that bilateral cooperation with the United Kingdom in the field of military health was very intensive.
According to General Jovicic, cooperation with the United Kingdom is of great importance as it is reflected in numerous activities such as participation in joint exercises, courses and international military medical conferences.

The MMA Surgery and Toxicology Seminar is being held for the third time, and over the next four days, 12 attendants will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience with MMA’s physicians in these specific branches of medicine.
